Tours

The UK is an interesting and diverse country, and it would be a shame for you here and not see some of the famous countryside and historic towns and cities.

We have put together 2 optional tours for you and any accompanying delegates to take part in. Both tours commence on Tuesday 22nd September.

Tour 1 is to Oxford & Bath and is a 4 day / 3 night tour concluding Friday 25th September.

Tour 2 will cover York, Harrogate, the beautiful Peak district and the area surrounding Sheffield. This is a 7 day /6 night tour concluding Monday 28th September.

Prices:

Tour 1 is £685 per person, based on single occupancy. A £200 discount per room will be applied if sharing a twin or double room.

Tour 2 is £1250 per person, based on single occupancy. A £400 discount per room will be applied if sharing a twin or double room.

Both tours are subject to a minimum take up. In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not reached all monies paid shall be refunded in full.

What the Packages include:-

• Provision of high specification executive coaches with onboard facilities that include semi reclining seats fitted with passenger lap belts, hot/cold drinks machine, toilet/washroom & dvd/video system.
  All drivers will conform to EC regulations governing drivers hours.
• The services of a tour manager on each coach who will remain on the coach from the start to the end of the tour and will be available for help & assistance throughout the tour.
• Accommodation will be provided in good 4 star category hotels. All rooms provided would be in single rooms or in twin /double rooms given for sole use. Rooms of this standard come with full en-suite facilities. Satellite television, direct dial telephone and tea/ coffee making facilities, air conditioning is usually standard with hotels of this category. Hotel amenities provide for 24 hour reception, a well stocked bar and a restaurant. When we proceed with the hotels we will provide you with a web site address for each hotel in order that you can obtain more information.
• Meals provided will be on a half board basis i.e. a full English breakfast or hot/cold continental buffet style if preferred, plus a 3 course evening meal with tea or coffee provided afterwards. The meal will be taken either in the hotel's own restaurant or in a nearby restaurant or pub we have not included wine with the meal.
• Provision of an official guide to conduct a full day’s programme on the town or city you are visiting, plus a cash reserve to cover entrance costs to the various places of interest you will see whilst on your guided tour.
• All vat, parking costs and service charges.
