Heavyweight speaker roster for Congress

The IHA Congress has secured heavyweight topical speakers, including:

 

Belinda Fletcher of Greenpeace, will talk about some of the work that her organisation has done to both expose the bad practices of companies operating in this arena and then explore how this has led to some unusual collaborations with companies as variant as McDonalds and Unilever.

 

Mark Berrisford-Smith, senior economist of HSBC, who is responsible for advising the Bank and its customers on developments in the UK and global economies, and the performance of regions and key industry sectors. Mark will update the multinational audience with his unique view on the current financial difficulties circling the globe and his view of the economic future. 

 

Matt Sexton, Seasonal Trading & Corporate Responsibility Director, of powerhouse DIY retailer, B&Q will talk about how the company is developing from a world-wide perspective and how it is reacting to changing customer demands.

 

Margaret Gooch of Calor, has had over 20 years experience as a HR professional. She has spearheaded a number of employee initiatives which has led to Calor gaining the Investors in People accreditation. Margaret will demonstrate how to reduce employee turnover and improve the quality of new recruits, as well as improving employee engagement.
